Secondary Groups:
When registering for a weekly group, should you opt for the payment plan, the first payment/deposit is non-refundable.
There will be no refunds for clients who ask to get out of a group past the first of each month. If you would like to be removed from a group, please contact Hola HP via our “contact us” button on our website prior to the start of the next month. Clients who opt to pay via payment plan will be charged at the time of registration, Sept. 1st, Oct. 1st, Nov.1st, Dec. 1st,, Jan. 1st, Feb. 1st, March 1st, April 1st, and May 1st. The total tuition will be divided into 10 total payments. Please note that there are no cancellations for the months of December and May.
**Sunday Weekly Groups do not meet on 3-days weekends. The tutor will communicate the week prior for the make up session time. There will be NO refunds for students that cannot attend the make-up session. Documents will be available.**
PreK + Elementary Groups:

Those who have paid in full for the year and ask to be removed from a group, you will be reimbursed half of the remaining tuition.
Elementary Groups have a 2 month commitment from the point of registration. The commitment will continue in two month cycles. For example, if your student registers in October, the commitment may end at the end of November and then again at the end of January. The two month cycles continue until the end of the year.
