25 years of serving students, families and staff in HPISD, Richardson ISD and HEROES.
Works with students aged 2 years old through adulthood with a variety of diagnoses.
Areas of focus: TEACCH, Social Thinking, PECS, Social Stories, Autism
Experience in public school, private school, homeschool, community college and adult day programs.
Provides training for both parents and educators.
Supported students, families and faculty in Fundamentals, Structure, Behavior, Resource, and In-class support classrooms as an administrator.
Taught in Behavior, Resource and General Education and Homeschool classrooms.
Has attended ARDs as an Administrator, Teacher, and Parent.
Loves spending time with her husband, Corby, and two young-adult sons.
Carefully listens to families so that she may provide guidance to help them achieve their goals.
Andrea believes that all children can be successful given the right intervention strategies, behavior support and community learning.
