  • Dave has 20 years of experience teaching standardized test preparation

  • His test scores got better as he got older:

    • 1460 SAT 

    • 1500 GRE

    • Three perfect 180 LSAT scores

  • Dave earned his JD from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville

  • He earned a BA in Philosophy from Texas A&M

  • Dave has published the following articles in well-respected legal journals:

    • Ten Years Fighting Hate, University of Miami Race and Social Justice Law Review

    • The Underused Power of Jury Nullification, Tennessee Journal of Race, Gender, and Social Justice

  • Dave was a National Merit Scholar at Texas A&M

  • Dave also taught as an Adjunct Professor of Law at The University of Tennessee College of Law

  • Dave believes that repetition is the soul of learning. We extrapolate principles based on the evidence, then apply those principles over and over in new situations. This is how we become calm, confident, and successful. It’s also how we fight test anxiety; preparation is the nerves-killer!
