Taught PE and coached basketball & volleyball for one year at St. Francis Episcopal School, Houston

Taught 3rd grade for two years at Parish Episcopal School, Dallas

Taught 4th grade for two years at Slaughter Elementary, McKinney

Took a break from full-time teaching to raise her three children in University Park

Completed 10 years as a substitute teacher for all grade levels while her children were in Highland Park Schools

In her free time, Kristin enjoys spending time with her husband, John, and their three grown children exploring new restaurants and watching college sports. She also enjoys playing pickleball and traveling to spend time with her close family.

She believes in creating a safe, supportive and fun classroom environment in which students can thrive and develop a love of learning. She loves helping students gain self confidence in themselves while making learning fun and engaging for all.
