In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Brian, and three children (Laney, Bennett, and Roby) and friends. She also enjoys cooking, traveling, sewing, and mahjong.

Marny believes a hands-on approach allows students to actively engage, explore, and truly understand what they are learning. By creating a nurturing and patient environment, students are able to ask questions, make mistakes, and grow. She thinks teaching is more than just providing instruction it is about inspiring a lifelong love for learning.
